My path into international recruitment didn't start in an HR office — it started running a major Amazon Logistics UK partner business, managing 50+ vans and 100+ drivers daily. Scaling fast taught me one hard lesson: local labor shortages can paralyze even a well-run operation. No matter how strong your setup, you can't execute without reliable people. That frustration built Rapid Connect. I spent years solving the workforce problem firsthand — so Bulgarian businesses don't have to start from scratch. Today, I apply my operations and supply chain background to build international talent pipelines from the Gulf and Southeast Asia. I built the recruitment solution I wished I had. Now I'm bringing it to Bulgaria.
